Dr Rawala was attentive and really listened to me, he clearly understood my current struggles and was kind and straightforward. He has a specific interesting ADHD in women, and was able to share information that was relevant to me and my experience. I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to be referred effectively to Psychiatry UK and to be matched so quickly with the right practitioner. It has made a potentially tricky journey almost effortless.

Has given me so much help. Thoughtful, listens and medicates/provides care as appropriate. Without Dr Rawala my life was very different.

Dr. Muffazal Rawala was an efficient and effective care provider who took the time to listen to and get to know me. He had a straightforward and matter-of-fact approach which I appreciated, as well as always asking pertinent follow-up questions to ensure that we took the best approach to treatment of my condition.

Went in for an ADHD assessment, relatively anxious. Dr was attentive, was able to express myself openly and honestly, in a way that allowed me to feel safe enough that i felt my nerves calm quick enough. I am a big fan of a direct style of conversation, good news bad news, given in a clear concise manner. I feel like that either that was picked up on quick, or he happened to have a kind of personality that works with mine. Probably helped that I tend to ask questions in these scenarios. Was able to speak openly about concerns and given, what was from my perspective, relatively balanced responses. I've had experiences in the past where doctors would project their own perspective on to the conversation. This didn't feel like that. Felt more like the Dr was considering what i had to say, and responding based on what he thought might be helpful for that sort of thing. Even in places where he had information that was different than my own, he explained in a way that addressed underlying concerns rather than throwing a full stop on the point. Overall would recommencer

Had a great and smooth process with my ADHD diagnosis and titration with Dr.Rawala, he's very well informed and was great in explaining processes, prescriptions/medications in layman's terms for me which helped me properly understand my diagnosis and everything that it entailed. He also offered my good advice on how to manage all of this. I'd strongly recommend Dr.Rawala to anyone seeking his services.
